Payment Policy
At Flashy Tech Solutions Private Limited (referred to as “Agency” or “Owners”), we offer development and maintenance services, each with its own payment structure. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following payment terms and conditions.
1️ Development Payment Policy
When starting a development project with Flashy Tech Solutions Private Limited, the payment process follows a structured approach to ensure smooth project execution:
30% Upfront Payment – Research & Design Phase
- Clients must pay a 30% upfront fee before the project begins.
- This fee covers the research and UI/UX design phase.
- Clients will be presented with design mockups for review and approval.
- If the client does not approve the design, they may request a full refund of this upfront payment.
- Once the client approves the design via official email (business@flashysolutions.com), the upfront payment becomes non-refundable and all subsequent payments are also non-refundable.
50% Development Payment – Development Phase
- To proceed with development, the client must pay 50% of the total project cost.
- This payment covers backend & frontend development, CMS setup, and integration.
- Note: This payment is non-refundable once transferred, as development resources are allocated and initiated after design approval.
20% Final Payment – Ownership Transfer Phase
- Before transferring full ownership, the client must pay the remaining 20%.
- After payment, we will:
- Transfer the Git repository to the client's Git account.
- Update client credentials (database URL, API keys, Google client & secret, etc.).
- Deploy the project live on the internet or cloud services.
- Once ownership is transferred, the final payment is non-refundable.
⚠️ After design approval, all subsequent payments (including development and final handover payments) are strictly non-refundable.
2️ Maintenance Payment Policy
Our maintenance services involve ongoing updates, security patches, and support to keep your project running smoothly.
No Refunds on Maintenance Payments
- All maintenance payments are non-refundable because we invest our manpower and resources immediately after the service begins.
- Clients can cancel maintenance services at any time, but payments already made will not be refunded.
